She applies over 20 years experience in corporate and public accounting to assist you in maximizing your specific situation. Joni’s philosophy in leading the firm is to provide clients personal contact with the benefit of applying solutions drawn from experience from a diverse client base.
	Jackie Dingman, Staff Accountant A long term JLCPA employee that is focused on our business clients needs such as compilations and financial statements. She will make it her business to know your business in order to provide you with the information you need to make sound business related financial decisions. Jackie is committed to helping our clients get the answers they need.
	Robin Splittstoesser, CPA Staff Accountant An addition to the office staff in 2006, Robin brings over 20 years of accounting experience to Joni's staff. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008. Her past experience includes being the finance director for 9 years at a non-profit medical association and the chief financial officer for 10 years at a small, privately-held construction corporation. Her attention to detail with your bookkeeping needs will assist keeping your bookkeeping records up to date and accurate. She will work with you on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis in preparing the necessary financial reports for your tax planning needs so your end of year questions will be answered with ease.
	Ann Alexander, Payroll Specialist If it is payroll related, Ann is our experienced specialist for over 20 years. Ann is patient, yet persistent so that you will remain compliant with the ever-changing laws. Whether your payroll needs are weekly, monthly, or annual, Ann is here to assist you.
	Angie Minkel, Office Manager In many cases, Angie is the first point of contact for our clients. Her goal is to make certain you receive the service desired whether calling in by phone or walking in our door. She is involved in payroll, office administration, personal tax returns, and many other areas which allow her to most often help with your questions on the spot.
